The safety of both passengers and chauffeurs, as well as the safety of our vehicles, is of utmost importance to us. Our chauffeurs are instructed to prioritize safety in all aspects of their service. They are empowered to use their discretion to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
In terms of driving, our chauffeurs are trained to operate vehicles at safe and reasonable speeds, taking into account road conditions, traffic, and legal speed limits. This approach is designed to minimize risks and ensure a secure and comfortable journey for all passengers.

At HelloChauffeur all airport pickups include a free Meet & Greet service, the chauffeur will be waiting for you at the terminal with a personalised name board. We will also send you an text message & email confirming all these details.

The privacy and confidentiality of our passengers are of utmost importance to us. Our Chauffeurs sign a confidentiality agreement. These agreements underscore the importance of maintaining the privacy of passengers and upholding the highest standards of discretion and respect for passengers’ privacy.

For safety reasons, the maximum luggage allowance shown for each booking is in place. We advise against exceeding this limit. If you have more luggage than the allowance, make sure you book enough vehicles to transport all your belongings without going over the maximum capacity.

Our chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the customer at the time of booking. This ensures that the customer’s needs are met, and they receive a smooth and efficient service.

Waiting time will begin at your scheduled pickup time. Each hire has a set amount of waiting time, depending on the hire type. Airport collections will have 60 minutes from time of flight landing

We monitor all arriving flights so if there is a major change to the arrival time, we will adjust the booking accordingly
